Contact form: name, email and whatever you include in your message. We use it to reply and prepare the diagnostic call.
Call booking: scheduling is handled by Calendly, which processes your data under its own privacy policy.
Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. Data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
We process your data with your consent (when you submit a form or book a call) and under our legitimate interest in answering your requests.
We keep your data only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship. We do not sell or share your data. Some providers (Calendly, Google, Vercel) may process data on our behalf.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to rodri@syncralabs.es. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
